It is Women’s Educational and Healing Retreats, Inc. (WEHR) great pleasure to invite you to its Annual Wellness Promotion. Founded by Rev. Dr. Claudette A. Copeland, is on a mission to help people to Heal invisible Wounds and Teach People to Get Well.
WEHR is committed to serving those in our community unable to attain essential health services on their own. Since 2018, we were able to provide over $2 million worth of direct services to more than 4000 people!

WEHR utilizes two primary mechanisms to accomplish its goals: WEHR Wellness Retreats (WR) and WEHR Wellness Promotion (WP).

WEHR WP is comprised of holistic wellness services to engage, educate, and empower communities directly. Each Spring, WEHR WP partners with agencies across the state to provide onsite services to said communities at NO COST to attendees. WEHR WP24 alone resulted in our ability to provide thousands of dollars’ worth of services to nearly 2000 community residents. With the help of our partners, our goal to address the physical, nutritional, social, mental, and spiritual health needs of people of all demographics was accomplished at levels that exceeded our expectations.

This year WEHR WP25 and it’s partners will provide ONSITE services such as immunizations, vision and hearing exams, well women exams, prostate exams, pediatric exams, dental exams, x-rays & cleanings, employment training/opportunities, mental health, addiction assistance, cooking demonstrations, fresh produce, education grants, STEM engagement, onsite fitness classes, veteran assistance, food, games, and more!

Calvary Baptist Church in San Marcos, TX is having their annual women’s conference and would like to invite all ladies to our one day event. The keynote speaker is Robyn Dykstra. She has been featured by ministries such as Focus on the Family. Tickets are $50. Register a guest and pay $40 for their ticket. Breakfast and lunch are included with admission.

Three Boerne Churches to Host Life-Changing Perspectives on the World Christian Movement Course

Three Boerne Churches are excited to announce that they will be hosting the Perspectives on the World Christian Movement course, a transformative educational experience designed to help Christians explore their role in God’s global mission. The 15-week course will begin in January and will be hosted at Cibolo Creek Community Church, First Baptist Church Boerne, and Mission City Church NW. The classes will be identical and start on the following dates and times:

• Cibolo Creek Community Church – Monday Evenings Starting January 20th from 6PM-9PM.
• First Baptist Church Boerne – Tuesday Mornings Starting January 21st from 9AM-12PM.
• Mission City Church NW – Tuesday Evenings Starting January 21st from 6PM-9PM.

The Perspectives course brings together a variety of experienced instructors, including pastors, missionaries, and global ministry leaders, who will guide participants through four major areas of study: Biblical, Historical, Cultural, and Strategic perspectives on God’s heart for the nations. Through these lenses, participants will gain a deeper understanding of God’s global purpose and how they can engage with His mission, both locally and internationally.

The course is for anyone looking to grow in their faith and gain a broader perspective of how they can serve in God’s mission. Whether you are called to go abroad or serve in your own community, Perspectives equips participants with practical tools and knowledge to effectively live out their calling.

Former Course Coordinator and Pastor of Missions at First Baptist Church, Chad Mason explains, “Perspectives is all about seeing how God is at work across the world and how He calls each of us to be part of HIS story. This course has transformed the way many Christians view their faith and the world around them.”
